Local orders within Pakistan usually take 7–10 business days. International orders may take 14–21 business days, depending on your location and customs clearance.

We work with trusted logistics partners such as Leopards, TCS, PostEx and FedEx (for international orders) to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping rates and timelines are calculated at checkout based on your country.

What is your exchange policy?

We accept exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure the tags are intact and the item is in its original condition.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only applicable in case of a manufacturing defect. Otherwise, we offer exchanges or store credit.

Yes, our flagship store is located in Lahore, 4-Z Commercial Area, DHA Phase III. Store timings are Monday to Saturday, 11AM-10PM.
