Shipping Policy

We aim to provide a seamless and transparent shipping experience for all our customers.

Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

  • All orders placed for Eid by March 15th will be processed and delivered within before Eid.

  • During peak seasons or high-demand periods, order cut-offs may apply to ensure timely delivery.


Local Shipping (Pakistan)

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan.

  • COD orders are delivered via Leopards Courier or PostEx.

Prepaid Orders (Bank Transfer / Credit & Debit Card)

  • Fully paid local orders are dispatched via TCS Overnight.

Shipping Charges

  • Flat shipping rate of PKR 300 across Pakistan.


International Shipping

  • All international orders must be fully prepaid.

  • International deliveries are handled via FedEx or SkyNet.

  • Delivery timelines for international orders are 2–3 weeks.

  • Shipping charges vary by destination and typically range from PKR 6,000 to PKR 11,000.

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes imposed by their country.


Tracking Information

  • Once your order is shipped, you will be notified via WhatsApp or email with:

    • The courier service handling your delivery

    • Your tracking number for real-time order updates

What is the delivery time?

Standard Order delivery takes 5-7 working days after confirmation of order, depending on the size and availability of the product. Timely delivery is subject to availability of stocks and order confirmations.

What are the delivery charges for local and international orders?

Shipping rates will automatically update once you input your address at the checkout page.

How do I check the delivery status?

On dispatch, you will be provided a Tracking ID for your order through email and SMS. You can log on to Leopard’s website for your order, insert your tracking ID and track your order.

How many times will the courier agent attempt to deliver my order in case I am unavailable to receive it?

Our delivery agents make two attempts to deliver a parcel. Kindly ensure that the address, contact number and area code is mentioned clearly while placing an order. On the second failed attempt, the item will be returned to us.
